Every part we make is First Article Inspected with intermittent checks to ensure final product conformance. This is followed by Final Inspections in our Quality Inspection Department utilizing calibrated manual, digital, and vision measurement systems.
We can provide FAIR, PPAP, or Final Inspection Reports to your specifications.
Strict long term record keeping policy of traceability and documentation is standard practice for records such as the Material Reports, Inspection Reports, Finishing Certs and all production and order data. Our Quality Manual can be viewed upon request.
Customer approved vendors can be used for outside finishing services when needed.
